My practice is located on South Mall in Cork city centre, on the third floor of the building. Full address details will be provided when arranging an appointment.

Unfortunately, the building does not have wheelchair access as the office is located on the third floor and there is no lift. I recognise that this may be a barrier for some people.
Online therapy is available as an alternative and can be a more accessible option for many clients. -
Yes, I offer online sessions via a secure video platform. Online therapy can be suitable for many people and offers flexibility and accessibility, particularly if attending in person is not possible.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress, low mood, and challenges related to personal growth and life transitions. If you are unsure whether therapy with me would be a good fit, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss this.

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, explore what has brought you to therapy, and consider what you might like support with. It is also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit for you. There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial session.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and usually take place on a weekly basis, although this can be discussed depending on individual needs.

All therapy sessions are confidential and are conducted in line with professional and ethical guidelines. There are some limits to confidentiality, which will be explained clearly at the outset of therapy.
